Pick up location near Washington Square Park

Couldn’t track the package properly and there was no alert when it got there, but I successfully and quickly got the package once I went to the pickup location. It was cheap and worked out in the end so I don’t really have complaints.

This is a good service. However, the location I selected for pick up was not great (177 Bleecker). First of all, the convience store and the apartment buidling next door shared the exact same address. Most of my packages were delivered to the apartment buidling and I had to stand outside and wait for a resident to come in/out so I cabln check for my packages. The first time I was told by the store keeper that this always happened, I was discussing the issue with him and he became very rude and said "you are asking too many questions, I can't help you". Second, the packages are kept all over the store and not secured. Anyone can just walk in take a package and leave. I would probably use this service again, just not this location.

The platform was easy to use and it’s great to know my packages won’t be stolen in NYC.
